I am a cook at a large restaurant in San Diego and have a family of five.  Now that I am able to afford to buy a better car and a bigger home for my family, I knew I had to find out about credit, get my credit reports and start to face some of the negative items in it.  For a while we did not have health coverage and ended up with over 20,000.00 in medical bills along with credit card debt and a bad loan.  I thought about bankruptcy but I want to own my own restaurant some day and that would make it difficult to do.  So, I bought the Credit Secrets Bible.  As soon as I read the first few pages and scanned over the rest, I knew I could help myself get a better FICO score and end up with reasonable rates.  I also learned that I can get almost all of my medical debt removed from my credit history!  I had no idea I could ever get those debts removed, but as of today, 13,590.00 of the debt is no longer on my report nor is a collection account.  Knowing the law and having the letters already written was such a blessing.  I would have paid three times what it cost had I known what a help it was going to be.

How can I thank you enough?  I did not believe that this book could help me.  I came to this country 10 years ago with no money in my pocket.  After finally becoming a US citizen 5 years ago and getting a SSN, I was finally able to build a credit file.  But, not having purchased many things and not understanding the process, my credit never amounted to much.  After I got your book and did some of the recommended things, I finally got my credit up to a good level.  The thing that helped the most, was the $5000 credit card with not credit check.  It instantly put $5000 credit on my report.  I am now looking at getting my first home.  My wife and I are so happy!
